Thai developer Magnolia Finest recently offered exclusive privileges to Thanachart Bank customers looking to purchase units at its latest luxury Bangkok-based project Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard.
Current Thanachart customers will be accepted on any contract signing fee up to THB500,000 and also qualify for discounts of up to THB1 million when purchasing a property at Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard throughout July.
